I speak from practice, not from books#

I have 11 years in sales. I started as a salesperson. Then I led direct sales at Auto.ru and the Yandex verticals. I built the teams from zero, and we signed more than 4,000 clients. After that I built sales teams inside companies.

Now I am an AI Sales Engineer at Salesteq. I build sales teams where AI agents do the work and people close the deals.

I know how to teach. I am a trainer at the Auto.ru Academy, and I have taught a course at HSE University since 2022. You can read more on the About page.
