A personal David Goggins for every salesperson. How an AI agent keeps a sales team sharp

One piece of advice for a sales manager. An AI agent checks the standards in the morning, gives the plan for the day, tells each person every 90 minutes how far behind they are, reviews the day in the evening and names the strongest and the weakest at the end of the week.

Here is one piece of advice that will change the rules in your sales team today. It does not matter what you sell. Cars, bananas, anything.

Give every salesperson a personal David Goggins. It is an AI agent, and its job is simple.

But first, one rule. Move your whole team to voice input. No more keyboards. They speak every text. It is faster.

Now, Goggins himself.

In the morning he warms up each salesperson one by one. He asks random questions about your company standards and rules, and how to work with a customer. And you see how fast each person answers.

After the check he gives the plan for the day. How many calls you must make. How much time you must spend on the phone. How many deposits you must take. How many test drives you must do.

Every hour and a half he tells you how far you are behind the plan.

In the evening he reviews the day with each person. What went well today. What to do better tomorrow. Why you did not close. The salesperson says it all out loud, and the agent records it.

Then you start the Hunger Games in your team. Everyone gets points for the daily goals they hit and the ones they miss. At the end of the week Goggins names the strongest person on the team and the weakest. In public.

Maybe it sounds harsh. But you can build this tool right now, and tomorrow it will work for every salesperson you have.

Change the rules. Do not be afraid to be tough.

Be afraid to leave everything as it is and keep asking yourself how to grow your sales numbers in a nice, ethical way.

Do it!
